Cinsault 85 %, Vermentino 15 %
The prune is short, royat. All is handmade: prune, buds removal, leaf removal, harvest. Yield : 40hl /ha.
Optimal maturity, handpicked harvest and sorting out to avoid damages to the berries. Cold fermentation. Dregs regularly brewed. Organic vinification chart.
6 months with thin dregs, in stainless steel tanks.
On the nose :
Floral freshness and vivacity. Fresh red fruit (raspberry), lecorice hints.
Mouthfeel :
Delicate palate, silky, well structured. Fresh strawberry and cherry aromas.
To be served with :
NÉUS rosé ill perfectly match with aperitif, mixed salads, grilled fat fisches, white grilled meat, exotic cooking – coco nut milk and curry, fruit mousse, fruit tarts.
