New Gold medal for CHAPELLE de NOVILIS
Gilbert & Gaillard guide award a new Gold medal to CHAPELLE de NOVILIS with a 90/100 note. This is the 9th Gold medal for our winery and it is NEUS white 2019, that got it as its second one. Indeed, 2017 vintage had already got Gold at the french Concours des Vignerons Indépendants in 2018.
Tasting commentary:
Pale gold color, green reflections. Charming nose combining plum, apricot, citrus.
Silky and fleshy mouth impregnated with a solid freshness. Pleasant
intensity and persistence of aromas, natural and frank style, a delight to serve
on small crustaceans.

The group was founded in 1989 by Philippe Gaillard and François Gilbert. They started as collection directors at Presses de la Cité. In 1991, they themselves became publishers of guides and magazines. They now run a multimedia group dedicated to wine, established in 22 countries. Gilbert & Gaillard is independent and does not call on any other shareholder than its founders. Gilbert & Gaillard also draws its notoriety from the International Challenge Gilbert & Gaillard, an international wine competition organized by Wine Tasting and Trading Ltd (Hong Kong) which awards medals to wines from around the world.
We are pleased with this new recognition. This year again, it underlines the quality of our work to obtain fine, elegant and gastronomic wines. And professionals are not mistaken.
This is the first year that we have presented one of our wines to this guide. Nice reward!
