GOLD for EVOLUS red 2016
This new vintage barely available, we get the GOLD for EVOLUS red 2016 at the International Challenge GILBERT & GAILLARD 2021 with a score of 90/100. EVOLUS red 2016 already obtained 90/100 last January at DECANTER International. It is a new consecration for this fine and elegant organic wine. It is the result of our work on excellence, respect and commitment both to the vine and to the culture.
Tasting comments from the jury:
“Sustained color, brown garnet reflections. Woody, smoky, roasted nose opening onto jammy stone fruits, spices. On the palate, a structured frame softened by noble jammy fruit. Pleasantly animal finish, chiseled tannins. Solar and distinctive. “
This vintage is fresher than 2015. This freshness, and the quality of its tannins, give it greater aging potential.
An additional GOLD medal
This is the second GOLD medal for EVOLUS rouge. They are added to the SILVER medals obtained in previous vintages. Thanks to it, we have accumulated 11 GOLD medals obtained by CHAPELLE de NOVILIS wines, 8 SILVER medals and we must add the many articles or citations of CHAPELLE de NOVILIS wines in Guide Hachette, and in Terre de vins and La Revue du Vin de France magazines.
