ELLE à TABLE magazine selects NEUS rosé 2019 in its number 131 for July-August 2020: a new distinction for one of the CHAPELLE de NOVILIS wines.

OSEZ LES ROSES is the title of this beautiful selection of rosés for summer 2020.

Sandrine Goeyvaerts, famous Belgian wine merchant and wine journalist expert, describes NEUS rosé 2019 as follows:

COTEAUX D’ENSÉRUNE, CHAPELLE DE NOVILIS 2019
With a transparent bottle, this pretty rosé from Cinsault
mostly, completed with a hint of Vermentino, offers an attack
lively around citrus, enhanced with a few floral touches here and there.
Serve over fish mousse.

NEUS rosé 2019, like its predecessor the 2018 vintage, also displays a Gold Medal. This medal was won at the Millésime BIO challenge, at the wine exhibition of the same name, reserved for wine professionals, in January 2020.
