
A very elegant organic red wine
Merlot 45 %, Carignan 25 %, Cabernet Sauvignon 15 %, Cinsault 15 %
The prune is short. All is handmade: prune, buds removal, leaf removal. Handmande harvest for our most sensible grappe varieties. Optimal maturity, sorting to guarantee a safe harvest and limit sulfits addition. Yield: 35hl /ha.
8 months into stainless steel to keep lightness and freshness.
On the nose :
Prominant fruit aromas – specially raspberry, with hints of caramel, moka and spices.
Mouthfeel :
Light and silky mouth, with red fruits and a shade of spicy aromas –Well-structured. Quaffy. Fresh. Elegant tanins and light lecorice and coffee notes.
To be served with :
NEUS red will perfectly match with white meats, veal, porc cooked or grilled, with herbs.

To be drunk within 3 or 4 years after the vintage.
