On the nose: prominant fruit aromas –specially raspberry, with hints of caramel, moka and spices.
Mouthfeel: light and silky mouth, with red fruits and a shade of spicy aromas –Well-structured. Quaffy. Fresh. Elegant tanins and light lecorice and coffee notes.
To be served with: NÉUS red will perfectly match with white meats, veal, porc cooked or grilled, with herbs.
