An exceptional organic red wine

Cinsault 60 %, Alicante 40 %

The prune is short. All is handmade: prune, buds removal, leaf removal, harvest. Yield : 20hl /ha.

Optimal maturity, handpicked harvest and sorting out to guarantee a safe harvest, pure aromas and limit sulfits addition.

20 to 24 months into stainless steel for one part of the wine, and into barrels for the other part.

On the nose :

Intensive, cherry and vanilla hints.

Mouthfeel :

Very quaffy. Well rounded, full and structured attack. Rich, suave and long balance. Long finish with cherry and pepper.

To be served with :

ALTIS red will perfectly match with fine red meats (roastbeef, tournedos) or white meats finely prepared (Christmas Turkey, Capon stuffed with prunes, Veal with mushrooms, etc.).

To be served at 15 – 16° celsius.
To be forgot into cellar within 5 years after the vintage. If not, to be absolutely decanted 12 hours before the meal.

To be drunk within 5 or 8 years after the vintage.
