An exceptional organic red wine

Cinsault 60 %, Alicante 40 %

The prune is short. All is handmade: prune, buds removal, leaf removal, harvest. Yield : 18hl /ha.

Optimal maturity, handpicked harvest and sorting out to guarantee a safe harvest, pure aromas and limit sulfits addition.
Organic chart vinification (will be certified in 2017)

12 months into stainless steel for one part of the wine, and into barrels for the other part (50/50).

On the nose :

Intensive, cherry and vanilla, chocolate hints.

Mouthfeel :

Very quaffy. Well rounded, full and structured attack. Rich, suave and long balance. Long finish with cherry and pepper.

To be served with :

ALTIS red will perfectly match with fine red meats (roastbeef, tournedos) or white meats finely prepared (Christmas Turkey, Capon stuffed with prunes, Veal with mushrooms, etc).

To be served at 15° – 16° celsius.
Can be drunk now or kept

To be drunk within 12 years after the vintage.
