It is the surface of vines burned by the last frost episode in CHAPELLE de NOVILIS.Below our plot of Cabernet Sauvignon, burned 100%, like that of Tempranillo. Cabernet Franc (90%) Merlot (75%), Vermentino (60%), Carignan (45%). These are therefore NEUS rosé, Neus red and EVOLUS red 2017 which take the full wave, as well as half NEUS white.
Marsanne, Viognier, Grenache gris, Cinsault and Alicante are not affected. EVOLUS white and ALTIS are therefore spared, but the production will nevertheless be very small because few flower outlets. It is difficult, but we will pass this wall.
